I have been that guy standing at the urinal gobsmacked at the girl backing up to and bending over next to me. Saw that on New Year's eve over at the Quokka Arms on Rottnest one year. The Perth Cup is the local big annual horse racing event held on New Year's day and yes, this does happen there. The local BMW dealer owner is a big horse racing fan and owns race horses. BMW are major sponsors of the Perth Cup each year as a result.
