As you can see, it is coming together. My car shall rise from the ashes (again) on Monday.

Can't say enough how nice the work Paul Burke does. I want to handle the head with white gloves. Actually I do, white latex gloves that is.

Nice....does your manifold have ceramic coating on it? It looks bare. Mine is much shinier...in between the barnicles that is. 8)

Yes, it is coated and then painted black. Was a special request from me when I bought it. Going with the "Darth Vader" black engine theme.

Are you going to safety-wire the banjo-bolts on the oil spray bar?

Looks great Duke! How much different is the combustion chamber volume on the B35 head from the Hartge head?

I believe the Hartge head had a 61 cc and the B35 65. Paul measured them but I cant say I remember for sure.

I am about 1 hour from starting it.

Are you sure about that ? I've never heard anyone who worked at Oak Ridge Nat'l Labs referred to as an Okie. Okie was the term attached to individuals that fled the dust bowl for California during the depression.

Not again. The last time it took this long to hear from him he blew a headgasket. I certainly hope everything went according to plan this time.

IT IS ALIVE again.

All went well yesterday. I am about to re-torque the head nuts this morning. The TEC3 .bin file is being worked on by Justin. He tuned Ken H's TEC3. I am driving it like a grandma until I get that file.

TCD sent me a B35 valve cover and I really knida like it. I just may keep it.

Thanks for all of your support.
