Red Flags?

The Cartech RRFPR I've been using on the turbo has begun to leak externally. And it seems like the car wont stay tuned correctly. Time for an overhaul?
Externally from where? Mine leaked at a fitting due to using a fairly cheap piece of plumbing when I put it together originally. I replaced it with some higher quality hardware and it's been leak free since.
