what do you guys think is the most hp that can be squeezed out of a m30? who's pushing high hp numbers around here?

Random, but man I wish there were still full bolt-on kits for the E28's... I would love 300- 400 hp, but I would be in over my head trying to piece it together myself, let alone figure out tuning and fabricating an exhaust.

Fuel injection is the big obstacle. The only e28 that has plug and play capability with MS2 is the 88 528e. Everyone else has work to do.
I could make plumbing kits, the charge piping is pretty standard. Thing is that everyone has different preferences. I shit can the A/C system to make room for the air to air FMIC, for example. If you want to keep A/C, that changes everything. TCD used water to air intercooling to work around this but I prefer the simplicity of air to air.

It ain't too hard. Research, plan, prep & then slowly execute over a realistic time line. Perhaps you outsource the exhaust build.
