Free Mercedes and Toyota tools

Post by 328dabi »

I apologize in advance if this is the wrong place to post this. Mods please move it if so. In any event, the 524td I’m restoring had the wrong tools in the tool kit. Heyco Mercedes wrenches and pliers, as well as a vintage Toyota screwdriver. I believe it’s for an FJ40 from doing some research but I’m not 100% sure. A friend sent me the correct wrenches and pliers and I purchased the correct screwdriver on eBay. So I’d just like to pay it forward. If anyone here is missing tools for their vintage MB or Toyota or is restoring one that’s missing tools, I will send these free of charge or you can pick them up if you are local to the capital district in NY. The largest wrench and pliers have some corrosion which can easily be cleaned up, outside of that they are all in pretty good shape as you can see in the photos.

I'll take the pliers if you'll separate the bunch.

Happy to pay shipping expenses.

You are in Texas? Message me a mailing address and I’ll ship it out at some point next week.

I also found a spare manual sunroof crank if anyone is in need. Again, any and all of this is free.

PM’d you the tracking number. Being Sent via usps. They already picked up today’s packages from my local mailing place. Should go out in the morning at some point. Coming from NY so expect about a week or so before you see it I’m guessing. 👍
