I'm looking for the multi-axis white plastic internal parts that tilt the power mirrors on 528e's.

OR...interchangeable parts from later years. Ebay has a bunch of listings for M3 and Z3 with different part numbers but they look the same.

Yes i just did this on my 535i. Brand new and the price was reasonable from BMW. For once.
