1987 California Zinno 535is

Hi Forum,
I have garaged my car since 2016. I have a 1987 Zinno w/ Black interior, 5 speed that I have decided I need to sell. I replaced my original engine with one from a 635 that had the right side up oil filter in 2015. The engine ran but I think I had an issue with needing to update the exhaust to adjust to this engine's larger exhaust output. There are some cracks on the dash and the paint needs a professional buffing. I want to sell at a fair price. What is a fair price for this car which needs some tlc, sorting and has been non-op but garaged since 2016?
