The doors on my e28 have definitely seen better days. What would be the best way to go about repair this rust(See Pictures)? I have asked this question elsewhere but I have received conflicting information on this topic. Would sanding and touch-up paint be enough? should I use some Bondo? Or should I just find some new doors?

Welcome to the group! Good try on posting images, but you linked to the web page, not the image.
So far as your real question, I dunno, I'm fortunate to live in a relatively rust free area, perhaps someone else will chime in.

It's hard to tell from the photos but I suspect that is rust breaking through from the back side of the door skin, in which case the only real cure is to cut it out and weld in new metal. On the other hand, if you're lucky it is just surface rust; in that case sand it down, use a rust converter, then fill the rust pits, prime and paint.
