Mild RPM surge coming to a stop

Hello,
This 86' 535i 5sp manual drives fantastic at any speed, when cold and warm. However, coming to a stop the RPM (as seen in the video link) will jump momentarily to 1100 rpm and then settle to the (newly adjusted) 900 rpm idle position.

Historically for the past nine years, this car had a very low rpm idle 500 to 650rpm. So finally did all the (Red _unt hair) and proper butterfly position settings per Kyle in NO.
Corrected the TPS position and unplugged the battery so the ECU would pick up the new signal. But nonetheless still keeps on surging when coming to a stop. If I reset the TPS back (as I did) to what it was the previous 500-650 rpm range then there's no surge I can detect.
I do want to keep the presently 900rpm idle speed. But want to get rid of this surge. Any suggestions please? Thank you in advance.
