FS: Staggered 16” Hartge Wheels

Post by _Markos_ »

Hi Folks,

I need to clear space in the garage asap. I’m selling a set of staggered Hartge wheels in good condition. The date code on all wheels is 1984. They are 7.5x16 ET and 8.5x16 ET25. These wheels have gone up and down over the 35 years that they have been on this earth. After research and speaking with a friend I am asking $1,200. I’m not making any money on these so take that for what it is worth.

Shoot me a PM or reply if interested. I’ll snap more pics upon request.

I have been hording away :
NOS - NIB Hartge Type A staggered 16x7.5 x 2 & 16x8.5 x 2 Still in the original boxes from Hartge. Price?
ALPINA 2-16x7 et11, 2-16x8 et24 - Completely refurbished by well-known ALPINA guru: John Calvin - amazing finish & new caps. I see they are going for $5,000-$5,500 - these would be 'as new'.

I have a replica set I might consider selling. Not 100% identical but straight and in this case, polished lips to match the e28 chrome.

16x7.5 square.

Would need tires removed and shipped from Denver, but figured I'd throw it out there since I have too many wheels as it is.

16x7.5 5x120 offset 15. Date code of '88.

They are an alloy wheel, not magnetic but I don't know the material or exact brand. Ihave some photos from when we put them on my brothers 745i if you want to see how they looked. He stepped up to 18" wheels on his e23.

They have a slightly less concave shape on the lips.
