WTB clean title e28 5pd SF Bay Area

Looking to buy my next project, another e28 5pd.
It can be a 535i or 528e, as long as it has a clean title and a manual transmission.
Since it'll be a project and does not need to be perfect, I'd like to stay under 3k.
If you are, or know someone that is, trying to sell one within the San Francisco Bay Area, kindly pass the information to me.
