WTB: 404 DME & E60 545 Shifter & 540/740 ducts

Howdy all...

I'm looking for a few things. I need a 404 DME from an M60 car. If anyone happens to have an E60 545 shift lever or a pair of 540/740 ducts I'd be interested in those as well.
