Hey does anyone have a personal specification on injector torque? I installed into a new cylinder head with new crush washers with the factory torque spec and there's multiple injectors leaking now.

I used the specs from the manual and had now leaking

Did you manage to loosen the injector body during install? The two sections separate to service and rebuild the injectors. Are the daisy-chained return hoses in good shape?

I am experiensing the same problem. I am taking the injectors apart again and cleaning the treads once more.. I think the correct torque is 70 nm.

3. Apply copper based, anti-sieze compound to injector nozzle threads. Remove protective plug in cylinder block and install injector nozzles in original positions with Injector Nozzle Socket T84P-9527-A or equivalent, and tighten to 40-45 N·m (30-33 lb-ft).
NOTE: On injectors with sensors, guide sensor plug wire through socket before installing injector nozzle. Reconnect sensor wire after nozzle installation.

The information is on this forum in the sticky at the top of the turbo diesel sub-forum: "524td Repair Manuals & Reference Material"
The second link is the entire repair manual you referenced.
It's all here, you just have to look. Sure, the manuals can be tedious to scroll through but they do have tables of contents.
