HAHA yeah.... no. Norfolk is already on a hiring freeze and I most likely will not have a job. So good luck with that. ;)

No they didn't. Checkered Flag BMW/Mini still kept my friend Steph and she is only 19 with 2 years experience. She still works there.

Also... have you tried Sports and Imports in Chesapeake/S. Norfolk? How about Eurosport? Ask Peter Florence there i a guy I am taking my eta to for valve work that he personally recommended... what about his shop? What about some bidy shops like Autographix (my wife and I have personal connections there... the owners love her!)? How about Tidewater Auto Electric? I know Gordon could always use good electricians... and if you can wire up Megasquirt then you can his work. What about all these audio shops?

I highly doubt you applied with EVERY shop in the area. There are hundreds.

I ment mechanics, I should apply to some of that stuff. I did talk to Peter, I can't do electronics like he needs. I talked to the guy at sports at imports. Checked flag bmw, the manager is cool, but he said it would be a year before they need techs. He said a majority were masters, since they hadn't hired any more new people in a while. Something along those lines. I should call up auto electric! That give me a bunch of ideas, i'll do some calling when I get back from school. Thnx

Autobody like they do also involves mechanics. They do pull engines and all you know. They are expensive and professional. No Maaco shit there.

But yeah Call Gordon... Auto Electric is right across the street from Checkered Flag.

I always somewhat liked body work, even though it is known as messy dirty work. If I stop in there i'll mention you guys, is Gordan the owner of auto electric, you worked there right. It would prob help if I put you down, just to say that i'm not a terrorist or something.

Though I never worked out very well at Auto Elec (it was a month after I was out the Navy, and Devin was being born... things weren't the greatest... but I wasn't fired so it should be ok), you can mention me ok.

At Autografix... the owners are Lindsey's ex-boyfriends' parents. They hate their son but they love Lindsey! I met them and they are great people. My friend Joe with the 78 Y88 Trans Am's had his TA's and his 2 Porsche 968's done there... with great results.
