This pic is from the archives at BMW klassik.Clearly visible is the lower front stripe and the Dekor stripes. The same car appears in the 1985 ///M635 sales brochure. Perhaps this scheme was for press cars or special order. Either case, there is precedent.:alright:

Yep I got to have that... ;)

I will post new updated pics soon as I replaced the suspension with Bil Sports and H&R springs to slightly lower it and have the front light washers working. Car looks and handles amazing.

BMW Mobile Tradition also shows the (NLA) front stripe as an option in coordination with the dekor stripes. Warning: the drawing shows an e30 which is a little confusing.
