My current situation:
A letter I'm going to write, to my in laws, AFTER the divorce is final
the last thing i would hope for is my disease.it is the worst. Ive fallen countless times: 9 stitches on my elbow, 4 on my lip, bruises, etc. Without advil my level of constant pain is 2. I tried vicodin when I got the stiches, can’t use it..fall.
this letter is going to omit caps, due to the fact that i'm on borrowed time.i have 1 foot in the grave. i have accepted it, and am doing things now that won't be possible. i have a new group of friends: the house, the gym, SHCR(Sonoma Health Care and Rehab), my bmw guys,friends from berkeley. i have high speed internet, all channels, netflix, reb box, wii. i go the gym thanks to kendall,my social worker. its a brand new state of the art gym, everything, pool, hot tub. i love my life right now, i volunteer once a week at SHCR, visit with people that don't have anyone. the staff loves me: my favorite patient, i get many hugs. Ask ANY one there.I'm happy right now. i go to my friends beach house ..on the water in marin by pt reyes, i go to car shows, i go out to the movies,carol never wanted to, go the dog park with my live in buddy: norman-big dog.
here's the bad part, other than a degenerative brain disease, terminal, no cure,,that i will eventually be wheel chair, bed bound then dead. because carol took everything but my desk,a used bed-the motel was throwing out, kendall got, some clothes-old, some shoes-that i bought when we were together, they are ALL too small. I can't afford to buy shoes or anything else:first aid stuff, food. i make 10k a year, carol makes 48k. i go to the food bank once a month, get meals on wheels. food only. I used to make 70k.
she lied to me, hit me, stole,committed fraud and cheated on me. the night i met her she was cheating on her husband with some other guy, then me, then later in oregon. we got drunk at a new years eve party and did it the first night, i should have known.we went to local bars, here oregon and laguna regularly. she got mad at me and hit me when i was asleep with a old style telephone, hurt me so bad i called 911. police came and arrested her for assault. went to jail. ask her how many frames she paid for-she has hundreds hidden. when she put me in jail the last time for 5 days-Billy –IHSS worker got paid. when i was in Solano county-Vallejo- billy got paid for 2 months. IHSS-napa county considers that fraud. they both could go to jail and pay it back. i have a picture of the ocean that carol stole. do you think her boss would like a pic? she has at least 50 she framed for "free"
she had a marijuana card, her friend gave her 1 for anxiety. i grew, we both tried it. made us paranoid. sold it-1 lb.to a shop right before christmas for 900. They resold it for 400 an ounce.1 plant.i got 1, grew some. bad year, not hot, short season, small amount.i called all the stores, no way they were full. went on craiglist, started trading, her computer, etc. some guy traded me something with a marijuana card. then said would i sell some? being unemployed on disability, and used being the provider-i said yes last ounce: 300. they cane to our house did a full on cop's brake in. 4 guys wit gun's, found an ounce of trimmings, no cash. gave them the combo to the safe, nothing paid bills and rent. she helped me deliver and sale. I did time for her and never spoke a word.
here's why i am in trouble again. they charged me with 3 felonies. he got it down to no jail time,1 and 3 year probation..due to my illness. probation means NO contact with the cops. I was fine until the night carol and fought are biggest fight. it was Sat. her drinking night, i wasnt. H.D and alcohol are BAD. She told me that she hadn't loved me for years. I said some bad things too. The 1st thing she framed for me was a painting my grandpa did. had it in my office loved it. it was our 1st date, met her at the frame shop took her to lunch. She grabbed it and smashed into pieces, art, glass frame. i got more pissed and said i want to get out go to a friends. my phone was in the house. i was in the garage packing and she locked me out. i said let me in. she locked every window and door and called her son. said i was abusing her..lie. i needed my phone, crawled up on top of an old land line. damaged it phone still worked. broke the window grabbed my phone and tried to leave. She f u i'm calling 911. i said if you do that ill go to jail on a violation. she said good. i grabbed her phone took the battery out..thought about it.put it back in, handed to her she called the cops with a smile on her face. went to jail for 5 days solitary confinement. the charges:1. cutting a phone line..worked when i called from jail. 2. vandalism. broken window.3. Battery. not letting her use phone to call the cops? she did. so i rehired my attorney, the best again..this time pro bono.. .the final deal: 2 weeks jail, 400 + 2600 for the original restitution, anger management classes:25,00 each for 56 weeks because it's a violation. even though it was a bs. she kicked me out with a terminal disease.ended up living in motel 6 for 2 months, walking 1.5 miles each way, with dope dealers and pimps. its a blessing in disguise though. it was her marijuana. i have no money, go to the food bank one a month. can't buy food, anything.
In CA there is community property. Half of everything you got when your married. There is a form yo list all the items. I can't go over there and see whats left. she threw stuff out, gave stuff away, had a garage sale my tools were stolen and $500 surround sound. gone, and can't even view wjats left.
I got a court date to overide the restraing order. judge was sympathetic, da bitch said no way. went to my legal fre guy he said it will piss the judge off, to my 2nd hearing tell him. he gave me a form that i filed with the judge to have him declare that i have to see my stuf in order to proceed.
i am dying broke and getting a divorce. i made up to 40 an hour, plus bonuses. For years, when she made less than 15. i have tax returns to prove it. everything in her house i bought, except what she had before. I got 26k from dad's inheritance: paid off the explorer 8k, ALL credit cards, back rent, paid off ky dodge truck 2000, gave 1000 to Jacob for his college fund..left with 0.I have documentation from ford credit. right my body is bad: fall everyday, slurred voice, can't walk, my brain is better than ever: alcohol free 9 mo.
i have a bucket list, and that requires money. i am an always have been a survivor.
I asked carol if she wanted a divorce. She said yes. I said were you fully aware of the community property law. She yes. I sent her the paper work. also did carol tell you she lost the 7000 dollar 4 carat, platinum ring, which was my grandmas.too big misplaced when she was drunk
