Someone ban this troll.[/quote]

God, you just made me feel superior by having nothing better to say than this, especially when I replied SO many relevant points in my last reply.

thank you.

I also should thank you for NOT swearing eventhough you did namecall. if anyone should be banned, it should be the one's that start arguements or vere off track in a thread. it's called MANNERS, but we all grow up with a different level of awareness to the world. for this reason, I shall not hate as you have done.

if you notice, I begin EVERY reply mature & positive & fourthgoing towards the threads original intent. hell, even in this thread I COMPLIMENTED THE CAR PLENTY until others chose to throw poop into your pictures & thread.

there is NO reason to ban me silly. I reply intellectually in so far as meeting the thread at THEIR level. look up ANY post by me, I haven't sworn or degraded or been the one to alter a thread's path. it's about time you learn & you would find all to be peaceful here, but myE28 doesn't care to do that. so many people here prefer to fight! whereas I merely reflect what someone tries to generate my way.

now if you care to get back on track, we can resume normal programming or you can bash on me all the more. unfortunately, there's a large group that'll prefer the bashing over your build . . . for this as well, I am sorry.

my apologies are true; your car is uniquely cool; you can do what you please with this post.

I'm not sure I understand the recent trend/fascination over the e28 / e30 "rat rod" or "pig" look. I do have to admit that I have seen a few here as well as a few other sites that are pretty impressive and done in good taste; some not so much. To me it illustrates the fact that these cars look good regardless of what you do to them. I've always enjoyed the "craft of art" or "art of craft" and workmanship and focus it takes to build a car to your liking… Be it lowriders, hot rods, 4 x 4, euro mods, ballplayer whips or even ghetto fabulous sedans with 26" wheels. I like the fact that we enjoy and love cars. We are passionate about cars. We do it because we love to do it. I may not like what you present and you don’t have to like my presentation or interpretation of the car but as long as you enjoy the work behind it I’m happy. I think that’s what really matters, right?

I’m sure many of you will flame on me and I’m okay with that..you are all entitled to your opinions. Just remember we love cars and that is what it’s all about.

Thanks

GET OOOOOUT!

Just kidding. To each their own. People restore old Bel Air's, and people also strip them down and rat rod them out. Sh%t happens.

What remained of that car got turned into coke cans a lonnngg time ago, but many of it's parts live on in at least a dozen e28's around the world. Would've used it as the base for the rally car if I had my time again. Oh well, it was good for a laugh. Wonder how FABEL is going over on Ban Island? Must have one hell of a tan by now.
