Cleaned all the cluster grounds in the car, pinned out the wiring harness for ohms, volts & ground continunity.
Removed and replaced the injectors & seals with new fuel lines to and from the rail, ordered a new coolant temp sensor, thermo-time switch & coolant temp sender. Replaced the Conforti chip with a stock chip, threw away the K&N, installed a paper filter. Changed the oil & filter and lowered the car another 1/4 inch in the back after rolling the fender lips the other day. It's time to relax for the day.

Wow that is quite a bit for one day! Nice!

Thought about her some.

Right now she's buried in the garage behind the set of E31 style 9's I found. And the set of E39 style 5's I found. :alright:

I have a wheel fetish, you might as well know.

Yeah. That's a fetish.
Well, that's in addition to eleven E28 M5 wheels, and a bunch of others.

So, yeah, I have a wheel fetish. It's not yet at the stage where I'd classify it as a problem, but that's only because I haven't yet run out of room.

Oh yeah, forgot the E38 style 5's with peeling chrome that I can't seem to give away.

There must be a shortage of wheels, because a bunch of folks have contacted me about buying my wheels! "Lemme make some room for you."

Nothing for sale yet, but stand by for the Style 5's when I get them cleaned up.

As Confucius famously said:

He who has friends,
Has a place to store his wheels.

Had photo's taken of it by an e46 M3 CSL owner. I suggested a trade. He's considering it.

On the Is I replaced the fat short coolant hose and the long one that goes under the intake to the t joint which in turns goes to the heater. I also checked to see why my power comfort seats slide backwards everytime I get in.And no I am not fat! The bracket on the right rear comfort seat is broken that holds the seat to the power seat tray. Does any one know how to fix or replace this? Ted :|

I Installed my Black Interior Today with the E30 Sport seats. I used the adapters from ebay until I get the blur 95 ones in the mail.
The Ebay ones are absoulutely perfect, I dont know what the big deal is.
Fixed my oil pan since it got cracked. Then drove around town enjoying my new seats :)

Took my car apart in preparation for a valve adjustment tomorrow. I also wirebrushed/regapped my spark plugs. Next, I pulled the ICV and throttle body and cleaned them both thoroughly. Lastly, I checked all the hose clamps that were under the throttle body and found 2 that were loose.

Hopefully it will run much better when I'm done.

swapped front suspension from the '86 Bronze parts car to the '85 Delpine running car. Got rid of the tractor stance and firmed up the ride, ALOT!
Found out the swaybar on the bronze car had rubber hose for bushings, therefore made a point to buy new bushings when I install swaybar.

Also need new end links and someone to help roll out the rear fenders so I can drop the rear with my 225's.

Gave my wife the keys to it until her Explorer gets a new transmission dropped in. I've been telling her to sell the thing for a year, and she didn't listen. I could have purchased a solid E28 with what that Exploder transmission is going to cost. And yes, I've been looking for one for her with an auto transmission. Great.

Went back to my kid's school to jump start it. He drove it to school and left the back door ajar & killed the battery.

I had him drive the van back so I could drive the 528; I've been driving the 735 for about the last week week, and getting back into the five felt like driving a go-kart! I might have to hand the keys to the seven over to one of the kids so I can have the five back!

I looked at it under the cover in my driveway as I left the house this morning and thought "Maybe I should drive that thing sometime."

Fake? I don't know about that. Their tiramisu is pretty close to authentic. That should count for something! :D

That's what I had for dessert.
While I was trying to figure out how to pronounce it, well, my wife did it perfectly.
Me, even now, looking at your post, still can't figure it out.

Today, I put the RSs back on the 535. Then I had tires mounted on the RZs and put them on the 533.

Not really happy with either outcome.

I did the valley pan gasket and all the various intake gaskets on my E28+11 (E39) last weekend.

That was a bit of a pain.
