Staggered e34 style 5's 17X8 ET20, 17X9 ET22

Dayum! That is one sexy 535is! I love the staggered style 5s. Jim at da shop has them on his car and they really give the car a mean stance.
The photos (both still and motion) are fantastic. I love the rake in the front of the car.

My E12 is in a weird state right now, my wife's E46 325ci 17"
sport wheels/tires are on the back (temporary jack stands) and
real jack stands are under the front since her E46 wheels wouldn't
fit even enough to bolt on temporarily. All of this is because
I just sold the 14x7" Mahle/BBS's to get some BBS RS's which
should be coming in January. I didn't win this auction, but here
is a picture of what mine will look like. Nearly identical size
and offset to this auction, 16x8 front and 16x9 rear. Same offset
in the rear, the fronts will be et11.

Thanks for the encouragement guys, I wish it looked as good in person. Hopefully I'll get to do some paint work before 5erfest; air dam, mirrors, and spoiler. She's pretty sad looking right now with her M&S TRX's !@#$

I haven't seen these yet. although RonP did do a nice job of creating nice Faux versions.

These are the real deal from an ALPINA parted in Germany. ALPINA Open Lug wheels in the factory stagger, the front wheel is a 7x16 et 11 with 205/55/16 Bridgestone Potenxa RE730 tires. The rear wheels are 8x16et24 with 225/50/16 RE 730 tires. And the spare tire is the same setup as the fronts.

The pic is of my deceased Euro'd 533i, taken on Jan 1, 2002 at the Houston Chapter's Annual "Hair of the Dog" drive.

The wheels are now mounted on my '85 Euro M5.

Well maybe I missed them, but I didn't see any 16" BBS RS...Anyway, here is a pic of my freshly "slammed" e28. BTW, sorry it's soo big, I just got my new laptop, and I don't have anything other than Paint for adjusting pics, so I wan't able to resize it before posting.

You can resize pictures in Paint. Use the Stretch/Skew feature.

VERY carefully! I actually have a harder time in reverse as my tire tread catches the front spoiler.......but you get used to it quickly. lol. As many of my buddies here in Seattle say "you ain't low if you ain't rubbin!". Seriously though, I am talking to many suppliers in germany to see what I can get for very low, un-chopped springs. I have read about many guys using 60mm H&R springs across the pond, so maybe I can get my hands on some of those. If not I am going to get some Ground Control coil-overs.....I just have heard nothing but complaints about them, hence why I didn't get them in the first place. But yeah, you really CAN'T go that low.......even though I did!

What complaints have you heard about the GC setup? People that race their $20,000+ E24s and E28s use them and like them very much. I'm intrigued now.

I'm going to step totally out of line and speak for Evan. I'm guessing he hasn't heard complaints about the hardware, but rather about GC themselves ... they have a reputation for really horrid customer service. I can probably forward a litany of "Fook Jay Morris" emails to anyone interested in first-hand accounts.
