Those windmills are on private land. Texas isn't too keen on BLM (there is a very small amount for a Western state). We also are the largest wind producer in the US.
I was just trying to save her from having to reveal engine displacement (318is) but since she'll be roaring around in a e24 M6 soon, that point is pretty much moot.
