Since then I have finally bought and installed the Air Lift universal kit, the 75562 and 75566 air struts. The management is a manual 4 way adjustment with a 5 gallon tank.

Some will like it some wont but this is a roof rack that started off as something I picked up off craigslist for almost free. I bolted down ceder boards to it and shortened the height by 3.5 inches. The cedar is stained with an outdoor mahogany finish. After that I had fun with it and bought some props to throw up on it.

The bbs 090 rc's I had bought a few months past on the e28 with the datsun 240z front lip.

The bbs rz 412's powder coated flat tan. This may be controversial I realize. I chose tan because I was inspired by a similar set of rz 412's I saw in olive drab. Anyway whatever color I chose I wanted it to be subtle. The wheels had multiple bends and the center cones the center caps lock onto were broken off at a tire shop so that was the main reason I had them completely refinished. I absolutely love how they turned out.

Future plans will be to refinish the bbs rc 090's and have a custom cat-less exhaust built for the car (something quiet but loud only at higher rpm) with dual 3in tips. look for something fast to swap out the stock 2.8 and a limited slip differential.
