The police in Vancouver unravelled a licensing scam in which people were paid off to pass their immigrant "pals." People who can't even read english, let alone drive safely. They found about 400 DL's that needed to be revoked. Licensed or not, I see shitty drivers. That's just life, been driving for 20+ years the ONLY accident I was ever in, I was rear ended by some punk 20 something texting @ 70km. I'm glad my diving board bumpers wrote your car off, while you were towed, I drove home.
