I just rotated my intake side up. didnt have to grind the mount, kinda taking away the stiffness of the mount and making it weaker, no a good idea i would think on a turbo car.

I would never modify that mount, I have snapped one in two and I don't even have the turbo on yet. If you really need to a custom mount would be better

I'll get some pics up ASAP. Life has been hectic lately.

I have the turbo clocked up. It still hit my mount. I shaved some material off of it. It may not have been 3mm. To be honest I was so sleep deprived at that point it's hard to remember. It's still pretty thick in that areaof the mount, so I doubt I removed much of material. If it snaps I'll replace it. I have a spare that I can use temporarily if I need a custom one made. So far no issues though.
