why to do it this way..... there is much more to do if you do it this way...

and regular way is more effective..


now.... you got fine picture for those who has never seen a 524td exhaust manifold...

that is good manifold.... 324td manifold has smaller turbo flange...

I have a few m21 manifolds, some have egr ports, some dont :dunno:

The one in that picture I posted is one without a erg port.

I have a few m21 manifolds, some have egr ports, some dont :dunno:

The one in that picture I posted is one without a erg port.
Just use that one.... i have similar manifold in my 524td with about 250hp and no problems ;)

bad manifold is that which have round small turbo flange

those what you have with typical t03 flange are really good manifolds...with egr or without....

I wonder what my m21 engine has on it for manifold.... its in a Vixen motorhome, so I think it has the better turbo on it. I know Chris Spargo made a post about it when he owned the thing.

EDIT: I have the Mitsubishi TD-04 along with the stock 524td turbo.

in euroversion there is two options..... garret t03 or kkk...? last one is smaller.

but garrett t03 is that better one.... but too small if you want more power.

My M21 from a Lincoln has an Air research turbo (or at least that is what is written on the side of it). Where does it fit in?

Air research turbo is cheaper version of garrett t03...
