Thanks for the effort..but found rear leathers from a post....
But there is a 524d in town and they have cloths seats...very worn....your rears look great except for the tear but that can be fixed....how are the fronts...manuals?
Let me know...I know where the 524d lives.

is that spoiler stock that someone would order if they wanted one,because mine doesnt have one. im new to bmws so i dont know alot about them

Its an aftermarket Zender spoiler, you would probably need to drill holes in you deck lid to mount it.
