I'm looking forward to it. Got some work to do.....still need to mount the driveshaft safety loops and a coolant overflow catch can. Need to get my damn saab out of the garage first.

todd honestly im dumbfounded, those numbers are great. Im still curious as to what your complete setup is and things like, full interior, diff ratio, etc etc.

I ran a 14.2 which isnt bad but isnt great, that was with hot iat temps, (maybe 100 - 115) open 3.25, i have the 3.2L and boosting 6.5 lbs, can go more for now til i get a new clutch, went as high as 18lbs at the track and the clutch slipped or the tires slipped. Oh and thats with nitto nt555 255/35/18's in the rear.

That's part of your problem right there.

Car is a 1990 535i with full interior and a/c. It weighs 3460 in street trim and 3340 in race trim.

I have run a 12.0 with both a 3.46 and 3.23 on a 26x8.5x15 slick.

I have been dragging turbo BMWs since 2003 and feel like I am finally getting reasonably good at it but still have a long way to go. You have to get the car setup properly and then you have to practice.

What is the advantage if any for the "top mount" manifold you have verses the bottom mount manifold?
I'm trying to decide which I prefer & which will work better for the engine I'm collecting parts for.

Thanks

No advantage unless you have a RHD car. Bottom mount fits much better.

No quite.

Top Mount - Ease of access and oil return are superior

This is a generality, not necessarily specific to the TCD manifold.
