It's for the BMW, not the Thunderbird! I know the pic isn't the greatest, but it's all that I have on digital. The color was special order, a gray market option, a color that is believed to be a Porsche color. I'll post better ones when I get 'em. :D

Here are multiple BMW colors in one place. The hood is Royal Blau, LF fender is Bronzit Biege, Left doors are ///M5 Shwartz, the gas filler door is Henna Red, The passenger doors are Bahama Biege, and the quarters are Cosmos Blau, The C-pillar vents are Alpine Wiess, The Mirrors are Lachsilber. Still waiting to add more colors to the Pallett.

What about the inside? Are you going for all the interior colors? Also, just to make sure, what color is the valance? looks like alpine wiess. I'm color blind. Or I am now.........LOL

heres my Delphin Metallic. The paint isn't in the best shape but I am working on that. I just got some 3M pait restore which will remove the old wax swirls on the trunk and all the oxidation from the paint. Other then that it doesn't look half bad.

there is another very easy way to. if u look under the subject bar there is a tool bar. one of the tools is a button labled "Img" that stands for Image. if you click that button then past the URL of your picture it will show the image instead of the URL when you submit. Just thought since the new form has new tools we mine as well use them. :D

Nice job Mike.

Hopefully we can get most of the colors in pictures that show the colors well in a single post as you have done and make it a Tech FAQ.

Good job with the color name, number and production dates. Nice to see this post live on and get some attention.

The pictures in my post are hosted from my own webspace. If you want to make the list a permanent thing, I can do this with the rest of them when the list is complete. That way there won't be any red X's...I know some of the images posted in this thread aren't available any longer.

Hi, I am new to the forum and this particular thread caught my eye. Mainly because I have a question for Bryan in SB- Could you tell me what kind of wheels those are in the pics you posted? They look amazing. What size are they as well? I know this is probably common knowledge of most users in this forum, but as far as the e28 vernacular goes, I'm rather behind. I've always loved the classic bimmer look but have never really been able to join the cult. Thanks

Yeah, it was getting a bit of punishment around the cones at a Gymkhana. The 535 isn't the most nimble of cars in a very small parking lot.

Do you mean 'factory'? The German 'Fabrik' is 'factory' in English. The English 'fabric' means 'cloth', or 'textile material'.

Alpine Weiss mit Cardinalrot.

No Turbo (yet), but lots of goodies and new leather seats and headrests.

Zender skirts should be painted on mounted by November 1.
