That one cap is a Style 15 cap, and I must say, that's the route to go. Get 3 of those and sell the 3 style 4 caps to people as spares. You'll come out ahead.

I was interested, but finalized the deal on a different set of wheels (thanks m_ben) a few hours after you posted pics, so now I am no longer interested. Sorry the timing didn't work out. I'll send the link to some BMW friends of mine to see if they are interested. As kohler said, that lag time has cost you at least one buyer, but it is nothing to worry about, since another will surely come along. I think it is a great deal, and someone should snap them up.

As I stated before, I have other options for a set of these. It's coming down to the others and not these. After I account for the shipping, me driving over an hour to pick them up, and the refinishing, the math doesn't work for me.

Sorry D_Rumba01, but I think I'm going to have to pass on these.

As for PW, if you think they're such great bargain, why don't you buy them instead of lurking around this guys thread and berating the rest of us. Really, what good did any of your posts to this thread do for the OP?

Actually it was my purchase of a set of style 4 wheels that
prompted Gray Ghost to put these up for sale. I was just
curious to see what they would go for. Repair and shipping
were always a factor in the decision making process. I
considered those cost prior to expressing interest in the
wheels that I purchased. Did you?

I ended up selling them locally to a board member I'm friends with.

I understand what you're saying, but in this thread, the OP had quite a bit of interest. Even folks coming back in to ask for photos. I have to assume that it was the delay that took care of much of the interest.
