Jeremy, what's the chance you STILL have a pair sitting around somewhere and would be willing to sell them?

Would anyone know the part # for the E21 cap. Is it the same on ALL E21s?

Is it this? #11? 63121373321

Nope, that's not it. That's a 4 headlight e21. The 2 headlight models were the lower end euro models, such as the 315 and 316. I believe it's part # 63121358819, Covering Cap, #11 on the diagram as seen here: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/showpar ... Id=63_0023

Unfortunately I don't remember where mine wound up. They're probably in storage, and I don't know when I'll be able to get over there to look.

Thanks for the wiring info for Euro lights. I looked at another method that required rewiring at the fuse box .. I sure wasn't comfortable with that.

In your description you show putting a female connector in the housing with a wire that you say goes through the black plug. I don't understand that - is it to make an electrical connection in the male plug? Or where is the wire going?

Sorry for bringing back an old thread.

Can euro lights operate with the standard US plug?

Said another way, can I have 7-inch and 5.75-inch lights without modifying my US plugs?

I’d like the look but don’t want to bugger anything up.

Thanks.
