VAC makes billet M30 rockers but they are breathtakingly expensive.

With my upcoming B35 refresh I’m not sure if I should go for the strengthened IE ones or just leave well enough alone. The car will see plenty of track time, but the fast left-hander oiling issues worry me more than breaking a rocker.

Korman makes steel rocker arms which sounds godly but, they are also an absolutely absurd amount of money.

If you bend your valves, IE HD arms do not break. So if anyone using this thread as reference IE HD's should be more than enough for any sport cam to 7000.

I've broken stock rockers, and ireland HD rockers. As some of you know, megasquirt has a launch control function. AKA 2 step. It is a secondary rev limiter that you can adjust to get good launches while drag racing. 2 step is extremely hard on the exhaust valves. So hard that it broke the steel pads off the rockers. The only rockers I trust are km cams forged steel rockers
