You have very close to my ideal fleet. I used to have a virtual clone of your E28. Nice stuff.

I am actually quite surprised to see how many people may not have an E28 right now but are still quite active on this forum! Just a testament to the community that has been built here...

I was embarrassed/ashamed to answer 8, so put 7 as I'm not currently driving the '86 535i (need to get it looking good to prep for sale, unfortunately).

1974 2002tii (my toy)
1985 535i (for sale - got it from Ray Lombardo to replace our 325e & my kids are done using it)
1986 535i (need to replace a brake line to be able to move it around safely to prep for sale)
2000 328i (wife's old DD - now driven by younger son)
2002 325xi (purchased to be wife's new DD, but she didn't like it, so it's for sale)
2003 530i (my daily driver)
2006 330ci ZHP (my new toy)
2013 328i xDrive (wife's new DD)

The only one that makes you an idiot is the 911, and that's only because I hate the rear on the convertibles.

I own one (admittedly front engine and broken) and I prefer coupes. By an enormous margin.

Enjoying the pics being shared here - I'll jump in and add mine:

Gotta start with an E28, right?
'85 M535i: Fun driver, sometimes show car, spent first 24 years in L.A. area
'88 E24 M6: 54k miles, 3rd owner, always been a Denver car, an often driven, often showed car
'84 911 Carrera Targa: Super fun driver, engine located in a funny place, quirky in a good way
'87 928 S4: Wasn't really looking for one, but this one haunted me until i had to have it, Rock Green Metallic
'74 Alfa Romeo GTV 2000: Rosso Amaranto, 5 speed, newest family member and still getting to know it
2012 Audi S5 Special Edition: Daily driver, last year of the naturally aspirated V8 in these cars, Daytona Pearl Grey

First time using Flickr (Thanks, CEK :) ) to upload pics, so will list the cars first to avoid a bunch of BBC code garbage showing up that I haven't figured out how to avoid. :)

Lovely pictures of cars, above. No pics from me (techno challenged) but here is the list:

1997 Z3 convertible, 2.8. My introduction to BMW's. Very dependable and fun.
1998 318ti, auto. Hatch is practical. Nimble.
1983 320i 5 speed. Love pushing the M-10 engine and the resulting sound it makes.
1984 528e auto. Great build quality inside and out. Great style. Enough power for my needs.

My dad has an E3 with MM 3.5 but he wasn't as happy with it as he expected. I suspect an M90 would be better suited with the low end torque and all...

I haven't driven it in a while - enjoyed the road feel - was a little underwhelmed by the Engine - however the non-lsd rear end didn't help it either
Running dual progressive webers - It does move once over 3K rpm -
Like I said, looking forward to getting on the road and sorting

5 -
1975 E12 525 - now a project
1987 E28 535is - Nice weekends only (mainly)
1989 E30 325i convertible (auto) - spare/loaner
2002 E39 M5 - daily
2006 E83 X3 Sport (6MT) - daily

Was 6 before I sold the Prius this morning...7, if you count the 1980 E12 being swapped into the 1975 (both were running at project start). 8, if you go back to April before I sold that '1971 2002 on BaT. 9 was a freshly wrecked E30 convertible bought and dismantled for parts for the E30 (Feb-May). That's 2017 so far. There is an ad up for the E30 on SF CL and 4 months to go.

Speaking of Toyota trucks... also not sure how it happened, since we only went for a test drive Saturday. But we ended up trading in the Sequoia on a Land Cruiser so I updated my entry on page 2.

There are some amazing cars posted here. My fleet is on the well rounded side:

1960 Willy's CJ3B - townie / errand runner
1987 BMW 535is - my daily driver
2002 VW Passat wagon (stage 2+) - wife's daily driver
2011 RAM 2500 w/ slide in camper - get away vehicle
2010 & 2014 BMW F800GS's (hers and his)
1938 Chris-Craft Utility

I'd post some pictures, but I assume they have to be staged somewhere else...

Titled, Insured, and running
2013 Honda Pilot - family car
2007 Audi A4 - my car
1996 Ford F350 - farm truck

Since I work from home fulltime, the Audi will go many days in a row with no usage. The truck only gets used every couple weeks. The family hauler gets the majority of our miles.

Also:
1988 BMW M5 - needs help
1987 BMW 325is - track toy, needs help
1986 Thomas full size school bus - Schoolbus to RV Conversion I did. Needs brakes.
