Sanden compressor brackets - batch 2

I'm having another batch of Sanden 508 compressor brackets made soon.

These brackets will fit e28 535 and M5, e24 635 and M6, e23 735.

Also fits E3.

Because M30?

Not sure I understand the question. The short answer is "yes", but...my E3 has a B34 in it. Assuming that the requisite engine block bracket will bolt up to an M30B30 then I'd assume it'll work on an E3 (and presumably an E9 as well). I don't know for sure because I sent my car's B30 to the recycler prior to installing these brackets. Yeah I was wondering if all E3's had an M30. So did you finish the install? If so what were your results?

This upgrade has worked well for most. Follow best practices and you could be seeing 40 degrees out the vent.

Some time ago you mentioned the mounting brackets had to be from a later E23 M30b34 engine or b35 engine. I'm pretty sure I have the early mounts. Does anybody know if the later M30b34/b35 brackets can be retrofitted to an M30b32? That should solve the problem...

Post some pics of your older bracket so we can take a look. Judging by the parts pic,



the attachment points to the engine look to be the same. I guess you'll find out if my brackets can be used with it or get a newer bracket from someone.
