Aha...it's true. Perhaps you are in denial. The traffic on this forum is in significant decline which was not triggered by the software change, although the new format may have accelerated the decline.
A majority of the serious enthusiasts with prime/rare/completely restored/totally original turn key examples have long abandoned the use of the Wanted/For Sale - Cars section. Shall I go on?

I've noticed this on several of the forums I frequent. It's summertime down here and many are taking time off for vacation. Just a theory.

I'm always in the mood to quantify stuff in life so, I'm wondering how many cars are there in this population of yours of "the serious enthusiasts with prime/rare/completely restored/totally original turn key examples". I'm also wondering what percentage this "majority" of which you speak translates to.

The fewer posts on
this forum are a reflection of all the members that have been replaced by golf carts.
I warned them years ago..

You know chief, I don't need your self absorbed opinion! I've sold plenty of vehicles ,maybe not on this forum, but I've sold plenty on eBay and Craigslist. So go find something to do other than bash people using this forum. I do appreciate the link. Have a good night.

Thank you very much for inviting me to your argument... so nice of you to think of me.
I am very sorry CEK "rode" you so hard about the "rode" car you took off the "rode". I taught him all his manners so I cannot imagine how he got it so terribly wrong.
Here's the original note:

CEK, didn't you read his note? He's very busy! This is 2014, CEK, it really doesn't matter what you buyers want. All that matters is what is easiest for me. Right now. Always. La di da. Buy my fucking car, asshole, because I said it's a nice car and I have sold shit on eBay and shit.
GLWS!

Oh, please, by all means, don't apologize. No offense taken. I realized your error, but found I agree with "the individual" 100%. After all, I WROTE THIS NOTE!
So, pray tell, why do you think that you can sell a car any differently from the rest of the human population? I would love to understand how you think.

Don't cars for sale on ebay and Craigslist generally include things like pictures in the ad?

He's right. That may happen
generally but I'm sure more than one car has sold on these sites without photos.
Therefore, this thread MUST be deleted. I concur.

Maybe just rename it to "How To Piss Off Noob Sellers". Yeah, that'd work.
