Hey Tim. It's going pretty well. So far, I've done the following:

1. Alpina steering wheel, thanks to John in VA. Thinking about swapping this out for a 4-spoke leather Alpina wheel, however.
2. Alpina shift knob (wood). Working on getting an Alpina leather anatomic shift knob. And the correct polished stainless steel lug bolts for the wheels.
3. Cleaned up the engine bay. Replaced heater control valve. New coolant overflow bottle and washer fluid bottle. New spark plugs. Replaced the air filter box with a refinished box I had as a spare, new intake boot and filter.
4. Replaced gauge cluster bulb and went ahead and replaced the odo gears, as long as we were in there. Thanks to ToddH for taking care of this for me.
5. I am considering doing an interior color change to black. I've got a set of black sport seats and black door cards coming from CA. Still looking for black rear seats. I really like the taurusrot interior but want the sport seats more than I want to keep the color. There would be no way to recover sports seats in taurusrot and have them match the door cards and the rear seats. So a color change it is.
6. Some new tools for the tool kit.
7. New wiper arms and blades.
8. All new tail light gaskets (body and lens) and installed MrFixIt's upgraded tail lights. A very nice set up.

Probably some other stuff I've forgotten. Car still looks and drives just great.

Thanks for the interest in our old car! Hope to see you soon.

Thanks for the update. The wheel I had on it when it was sold was a 4 spoke. Sounds like great progress!

Perhaps Mike's interested in the newer style?
