If the noise is from the rear of the car I'll bet the differential mount is broken; if it is beside you in the drive shaft tunnel it is the drive shaft center support bearing.

So it ended up being the flex disc. I am swapping to an e34 M5 disc.

Same bolt pattern, and it has a little more material to it. I don't plan on being nice to this car, lol. It will see a few time attack days, auto x and a few drift events put on by Lock City in CT.

Okay, here's the update. And my last problem!

There was already a e34 m5 flex disc in there, so that was an easy swap out. Replaced the carrier bearing also.

Cat has been deleted and a new O2 was installed.

New fuel filter installed

Replaced the Coolant temp sensor and the thing magically started running almost perfect up until 5500rpm.

Last problem : fuel cut off or something like the sort at exactly55500rpm and above. It will keep climbing revs but does so with an awful miss. I didn't go above 6k. Only under load. I'm almost thinking the afm still isn't working correctly. Almo as if it pegs out. I have a weird feeling the pump is fine and it's just not be told right stuff do to another sensor.

Thoughts?

What did you replace the cat with?

Custom exhaust. I removed the B&B triflow

single 3" with the O2 in a straight section after the merge.

Problem mostly Solved.

Fuel Pressure regulator and the vacuum line going to it had a crack.

I also replaced the coil with a Bocsh for good measure.
