I had a dream about ted fest last night. Ted was helping me replace a bumper on my 2002 and then gave me a ted fest hoodie. (which I don't think there even are any). And also my 02 doesn't need a new bumper...my e28 does tho.

From looking at the many pics and all the threads on Vintage it sounded like a great time was had by all. Kudo's go out to Scott and all his volunteer's for another successful event. Hopefully every one made it home safely. I hope you all talked Tedfest up this year. Looking forward to seeing some new faces and the regulars this year. Only a few weeks away from another good time event on the calendar. Tedster

Hey Ted, quick question do you need any volunteers for it? I live in Aurora/newmarket area..would love to help out since the E28 can't make it needs repairs.. And I would love to participate or help any way I can. I don't know if you know John Venditti ( I used to work with him at Serpa BMW ) Thats how I found out about Tedfest soo yeah Anyway let me know If I could be any help or assistance..

I'm making a shout out that I'd like to caravan with anyone from my location east to Tedfest. Marquette is way north in Michigan, on Lake Superior. If anyone in the northern regions is driving through, let's hook up. I can even offer a spare room to stay (provided I know you enough or you have references

) along the journey. If I commit to going, I will be leaving for the function Friday morning, and iirc it takes about 10 hours from here to there. That includes reasonable time for the Canadian border guards to harass me with some pictures of me at some hippie-band concert in the 90's. PM me if you are headed through this area and it sounds like it'd work. I don't have lodging set yet, either.

And I also invite any friends to fly here and drive there with me. On the same-type note I can ride with someone passing through if it works out as such.

A good candidate for any of this would be TravisJ (driving through) Coldswede (coming back north for the fair season) or Oldskool (yes, an airport is close by). I apologize if I forgot anybody else who would make a likely candidate.

I will be heading up from South Bend, IN on Friday.
Let me know what the plan is for the caravan and I can meet up somewhere around Flint or east of there. I can take either 69 or 94.

Nothing too interesting yet Matt. Check the Tedfest.ca registration page for what's coming.Denningers Catering and an ice cream truck will be providing the food this year at the site. Menu Friday is pizza,beer,cars and good friends. Bring your camera,lawn chairs and prepare to have a good time as always.

ooo getting close!

We are going to leave Bay City around 10am..give or take. Will be at the boarder around 1:30 or so... We are planning to take the scenic route around the lake.

So far it will be Steve/Blunt (LSx e12), myself (LS1 e28), and Adam (turbo m42 e21) (won the watch last year)
