Me either buddy, but not this one. That last movie I saw in theaters was "Spiderman 3" with the kiddos. Dang that was 2007!! Before that it was "The Return of the King", so I plan on going to see the prequel in two weeks!!!! It will probably suck compared to the trilogy. Still gonna be "gettin' my popcorn ready!!!!"

My wife and I saw it last night for date night. First we took a trip to the gun range for some practice and to rent something new, then dinner, then Skyfall. It was a fun night and we both thought it was a fantastic Bond.

I've got the kids on a total Bond jag now. They loved Skyfall (as did I!) last weekend. With the wife away on business this weekend, I Netflixed "Dr. No" and "Diamonds are Forever" to get them started on "real" Connery Bond movies.

They very much enjoy the old stuff. They laughed their asses off at the announcer guy "ten minootes, und coownting...." Nevertheless, time marches on. The old movies are no match for the improvements of the industry.

Ignore the effects, they were not even possible in the 60's and therefore are not a fair comparison. The fight choreography shows how far movies have come. Skyfall really is outstanding and Daniel Craig is an awesome 007.
