First of all, yesterday was the time of paying the Bavaria (BMW) dealer here locally, for verifying my use of parts in this rebuild. Norwegian laws are strict...
Early in the morning, leaving the kids in the kindergarden (Iphone pics, sorry..)

Waiting for the mechanics to show @ work

Finally on the hoist

BMW-mechanic checking rear disc measures...

Finished, and passed the "test"

Roald, the BMW-mechanic, wanted to attend a picture... Ofcourse, no problemo...

On my way home from work, kindergarden again..

Recieved 3 packages today

Finally!

NOW I can complete my front bumper!!!

Just some pics...

I love it!

New clips

Tectyl as always...

Even more pics...

New brackets etc....

First test-mounting...

But..... (left side)

Right side... Damn, I can not have it like this. It is now in max adjusting position....

Nothing looks good, I need to do something...
Pedi-thinks-looks-measures-thingsagain-looksagain-measuresagain...

All bolts out, let me see how much I can make out of it.... Hmmm... Just as much as I need, good!

Got to make new fastenings, no problemo...

And THEN we can suddenly do the corrects adjustments!

* check *

Closing upon something good-lookin'...

Ehhh... Pedi himself in a concentrated manner.....

Getting even closer...

My fight for the smallest details, mm by mm...

Checking gaps for the 127372th time....

Done. Covers next....

Yet again, alot of pics....

Testmounting the toolbox. I want to paint the box and the cover for the trunk black, but do not know what to use for best result... New black foam was nice...

Replaced the switch with one that the internal lights actually work in...

Alot of colors, huh? If I knew 4-5 years ago that I would use so much time, effort and money in this car - I would ofcourse had all suspensionparts painted black... It ended up red at that time, due to the painter was out of black - white, red and yellow was the only option...

Have a nice weekend guys!
