Ok, Things have taken a slight change of direction...
A good buddy of mine who has a beautiftul mint 635 shark decided he wants to go big, turbo s38 big. He at the moment has a rebuilt b34 with maybe ~20000kms on it since the rebuild and asked if i wanted it...Of course i said yes! The price was one "I couldn't refuse." Still have to pick up the motor from the shop but as soon as I do i plan to yank the head, get some ARPs and install the m5 HG. Now for my questions
I want to "upgrade" from the b34 stock cam, I've spent the past 2 days reading through old threads to soak up any info i can so I can't get the reply "search through the old threads"
I want a "turbo" cam but it looks like N/A performance cams work well too.
I've narrowed it down to 3 choices:
-Miller performance's turbo cam:

-Stock B35 cam
-Paul burke's turbo cam???

I like the fact that help improve power and lower cyl temps so with my plan to only run 14-16psi max for the street and a modest 7psi for the track I want to do simple things to get a bit more out of the turbo setup. Was looking at regrinds originally but then found out they are crap.
As for the intercooling I've decided to try fitting possibly 2 more sizes, It will take some work to fit espically with my e-fan in the way but I want to try 2 sizes that i think will fit|(core size):
-21"x9"x2.75" (has good easiest chance of fitting)
-11"x12"x3" (Will take work and swearing but could fit)
Could these be big enough and support 400+hp? I wont be pushing that much but extra head room is nice. The size i'm currently using now is the EXACT same as the precision 350hp intercooler...21 x 6. x 3.5
Why the motor change you ask???
It's a deal of the century! I planed on rebuilding one anyway since my donor car's ODO stopped at 498xxxKMs

The motor is still purring(err ticking) away as usual and smooth as normal.
The eta of the motor prep/install into the car will be a month for now, still gotta enjoy the zomg TQ for a while longer
Comments/suggestions are welcome as usual!
