If you still need a projector I have one I can bring on Saturday...(or perhaps earlier if necessary).
I'll double check that it's still working properly this evening. I don't think I have a screen though.
That's be perfect, if it works. And Saturday night is when it'll needed.
We'll also need all the cables, etc. necessary to hook it up to a laptop.

i can snag the portable screen from the office. about 5' wide
That'd be perfect too, as it'd beat the 36" marker board I have.

You guys are what makes this thing work.

Now, does anybody have a small fold up style camping table
they would be willing to donate for Saturday night's entertainment?
(No, we won't be needing a pole.)
I've got an old fashion card table if not.

Unfortunately, I got the negative on the office projector.
I can bring the one from our office,
but I'd have to wait until 1:00 PM Friday to pick it up.
And I don't want to have to drive all the down to 610 @ 290 and then back out again, I want to Image early.

See you guys Friday night. :pimp:

Austin wrench-a-part is right there near the airport. I've had good luck there in the past and the prices seem fair. You should try to hit that one if you have time.

Dude! So jealous right now... Yeah, I made the call to stay home this weekend, but I sent a little something for you & Sherman and whoever else can get in on it. Have a great time and take lots of pics! (maybe scout the yard for a bronzit e32 non-iL; I'm always on the lookout for some rust-free doors. Just let me know if there's anything there, k?)

Wrench a part
5055 Texas 71
Del Valle, TX 78617
(512) 247-2442

VeeDub
1111 Old Bastrop Highway, Austin, TX
(512) 385-2462

enjoy!

edit: add info

Wrench a part is a u-pull-it yard with a $2 (I believe) entrance fee.

Veedub has a parts yard in the back. Sign-in at the back of the high-bay/ repair bays and they'll point you to the right area.

2 More for Saturday

Post by kwbooth »

Good morning all,

I re-read the first post in the thread to get ready to come out on Saturday morning and saw that I needed to add my name to the list on the last page. Would have helped if I had my glasses on the first time so I could have posted when I registered.

Better late than never, I'll be coming from Cedar Park - North Austin with my wife Udeechi in our 86 528e and looking forward to meeting up with you all.

We registered a few days later than the shirts were to be available but to comply with the the post, 1 Large 1 Medium.

See you all Saturday

Shirts are a plenty, with the exception for the XXL's, they are all spoken for.

There should be some extras that we'll have For Sale Saturday afternoon.

Looking forward to meeting you.

I can't believe I haven't seen you around Cedar Park. The only E28 I've seen besides mine was a black 535is exiting the tollroad at Brushy Creek rather quickly. I look forward to meeting you this weekend.
