On the way home from work tonight, in the same block I saw a Lamborghini Aventador and a 1965 Ford Thunderbird.

Went to July 4th house party yesterday in Malibu and this was parked across the street:

Neat little car nicely preserved.

While I didn't see it personally, my son did, and snapped some photos. The $300,000 Bullitt Mustang. First of the Bullitts off the production line. Purchased by an anonymous someone here in my hometown.

Said son works at the Ford dealership doing pre-delivery inspections. He didn't get to inspect this one, but was told that the owner didn't even want the seat protectors or any other plastic removed from the interior. I kinda suspect that it's going into storage as an "investment". I'd be a little nervous about driving a car like that, especially considering some of the dolts on the streets these days, but I also think somebody needs to watch Toy Story, and heed the moral of the story.

Self-proclaimed 1965 Buick Super Wildcat. Convertible (glass rear window), with a four-on-the-floor. Looks like it has the original radio. Metallic green. Seems to be in nice condition.

It's for sale. $50,000 if you're so inclined.

What the hell makes it worth 10x the normal Mustang sticker price? A friggin GT350 is, what, $60k?

I saw a mint condition 1957 Ford Fairlane convertible on the way to work this morning in the rain.

Long weekend, drove the lady and the Delphin from NY to Rockport MA for a wedding, 5-odd hours each way.

Interesting cars:
- 1 AC Cobra, driving around Gloucester/Rockport. No idea if genuine or replica, looked and sounded pretty legit.
- 1 MGB, pristine condition, same location
- 1 Rolls Royce Silver Spur II, which had been hit in the back. Stoplight broken, trunk lid ajar from the hit. Same location as above. Would love to hear the story.
- 1 BMW 2002 on a trailer being taken somewhere, in the middle of CT
- 1 Saab 900 from the 80s, on the new Kosciuszko Bridge in NYC.

Zero (0) E28s.

A grey Lambo. I have never seen one with such a drab paint color before.

A very clean white e31 8 series parked next to my e23 today at work, backed in and all. Wish I could have gotten a picture, but I was busy and he was only there for a few hours.

Talked to a guy with a 1986 Dodge Omni Shelby GLH today. One of 500 apparently.

Nope, "run" is continuous in this context -- I didn't do it and stop. I'm still the event chairman, so I run the events. The "in the autocross I run" is a statement by itself and has no tense. Would Y'all be less confused if I'd said "in the autocross series I run"?

I saw a Lotus Exige earlier today. Black with a red stripe offset to the passenger side. I always forget how low and small those cars really are, and it sounded so good.

This doesn't look like much in the pic but it was in really amazing stock condition.
