Clean Washington title
Tens of Thousands of dollars and dozens of man hours have been spent to completely restore it but I just can not get around to it.
The shop that performed the original engine build did not use 5 grade bolts and the cam came apart and flatten, the block and pistion did not hit anything.
Brand New BMW Dash and Brand new BMW Black M5 Sport Seats still in original packaging is included.
Car currently sits on style 32.
Ground Control Suspension
Dinan Adjustable Sway bars
Paul Burke turbo Cam on a spanish cast
Very rare E34 Canadian/Euro 3.8 M5 4 piston brakes
All rear style 32 rims
Very Rare Euro 265 Dogleg.
The list goes on.
I not a turbo expert but there has been a ton of work and upgrades done to the car, best to see it in person. Stand alone ECU mitismoto cooling system
Silver on black.
Complete euro kit has been installed, new built 3.56 lsd, front and bbsrear spoiler.

Looks good in the pics. Spark plug wires look original, it'll probably need the small stuff for sure. I'm predicting $43,000.
Pretty sure it's this car here http://www.mye28.com/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=137089

I'm a sucker for this one. Someone spent a lot of money at the dealer when it was new, and for that reason alone, I dig it.Panzertank831 wrote:https://nh.craigslist.org/cto/5509097421.html
"collector car" just pulled from storage.
Not a fan of the fender flares, trunk rack, wheels, etc.
-Factory BBS front spoiler
-OEM sheepskin seat covers
-OEM mudflaps
-OEM fogs
-OEM sunroof deflector
-Early 3-spoke wheel
-Early rear spoiler
Ditch the chrome wheel arches and luggage rack, lower it on some Style 5s and this would be a stunner. Great color, too.
Re: The Non-Affiliated Thread for March 2016
Looks like the same car that was advertised in Hendersonville, NC? Earlier in the NA thread. With different wheels?

Re: The Non-Affiliated Thread for March 2016
Hi all,
Actually the CL Reading, Pa car is affiliated (mine) , just not listed on the site. It runs very well. I don't have the place to work on this or garage it as it had been since I owned it (1996 on).
Someone claims to be coming tonight to buy it, otherwise I can meet today anywhere within reason with the title and keys!

Just went to look at the car at lunch as it's not too far from me. Seller has owned it for 20 years and needs to downsize, an enthusiast with an E46 as well. Car is as solid as you will find around here. Somewhat recent paint, Royalblau, clear coat is in great shape. Framerails, spare tire well, front shock towers are all rust free. Superficial rust at lower driver's front fender, and just starting at driver's rear bumper shock, can easily be halted without requiring any repair. Some cosmetic issues and the typical nuisances but the car has been cared for and is an excellent starting point, given the $2k rule. It has a ton of life left. As we watch the supply of decent cars drying up, with a 5sp and better curb appeal this car would sell for considerably more.JLav211 wrote:Pretty color combo.oliwer78 wrote:https://reading.craigslist.org/cto/5515052567.html
Re: The Non-Affiliated Thread for March 2016
That is too funny. I just spoke to Bill around 12:30PM today and basically everything you said AHAB is an accurate description of a well-sorted E28 for the year and mileage. Thinking about looking at it tomorrow if it does not sell tonight.ahab wrote:Just went to look at the car at lunch as it's not too far from me. Re: The Non-Affiliated Thread for March 2016
Same with me. Must have been the fellow he's been talking to for the past 3 weeks and finally decided to step up!
