Thanks! It was one of those things I wasn't sure if I'd ever find and a pretty nice set popped up. I'm glad I took a chance on them and the front center section had a pretty nasty dent in it but I massaged it out. I was very impressed with this set while I was assembling them. It was nice to do a job that went as planned. I came up with a plan and stuck to it and it flowed.

The roundels are interesting to me. I'm amazed that this car spent the first 13 years of it's life in Manhattan (garaged) and then was a daily driver here for up to within a year or so of when I bought it and it still has the original roundels. My parents had them stolen at least four times from both of their E21s. These are the same ones that were on the car when the PO bought it new. I don't think I'd ever replace them. It was one of those things I had made an off-handed comment about when I looked at the car and he was emphatic about them being original and that they shouldn't be replaced. I was thinking, "whoa, calm down there. I'll leave them on the car." I know it seems weird being concerned about something like that while I go changing the bumpers and seats. I'm not sure what will ultimately happen with this car, but I'm taking a conservative approach and I hope that I'll eventually come up with the right recipe.

I will get some better photos at some point, as I noticed I didn't take one from a more head-on, lower angle and as you can see different lighting wreaks havoc with the color of the car, so some proper photos are in order. Time for proper photos is in short supply though.
