We can do this too, if I don't drive you crazy the first couple of nights. I plan to drive back Tuesday.
Sounds good- you book these. Then you'll only owe me a few bucks for the one extra night in Winston-Salem.

I was gonna copy/paste the info, but for those not accepted, I don't want a lashing from Mr. Twisty, tongue or otherwise.

It will just show a "Not Found" for those not accepted..
As of right now, there are no current outstanding registrants... The trouble makers have been weeded out...
With our routemaster bowing out this year (a), I will finalize the route tomorrow and be making an update to the website. I might even send an email..

So folks, here is the plan:
The route will be distributed to you on day one of the event. Participants know the destinations so in case of getting lost you should be able to GPS your way there. I would suggest programming your GPSs a few days prior to the event as I have found a few "bugs" in the listed address' of at least one of the venues.
If you have participated in the past I may send you an advanced copy of the route. PM me and I will let you know.
It should be a good one this year.

In two weeks the rtt crowd will be well inside the interior of west virginia. I mean like nothing but old roads... we go through some pretty rad stuff in what are very small communities.
We will be heading to the casino to get a cold beer make a view wagers and have a good old time. I wonder if people are gonna want to pool thier money with Mr Lucky? hahahaha

You got a vendor stand again this year Paul? Might make a few sales to unsuspecting Grunts customers.

Well rest assured we will have your cell # on speed dial. If you bring your press I will bring a pair of UCA and have you press in a set of your bushings. That would be great... I wont be there untill saturday afternoon however.
FYI, Billy is just now putting in the other bushing you provided.
I remain hopeful that I will be in my Hartge H5S with a new engine overhaul Paul burke cam, pistons and paul burke reworked head. Hopefully we can get it to work with the new MAF system thats going in prior to RTT... Why does this stuff always seem to get cut so close... One would think that a rational person with even minimal intelligence would be able to get stuff done prior to the last minute.
Anyway looking forward to a good time!!
Also you wouldnt have to pony express anything if you went on RTT. I was just using a moosehead screwdriver thingy ma bob yesterday.

In that case, I'll throw a spare car in my trunk.

Sherman does hold the dubious distinction of being the only car owner and particpant that brought two vehicles on rtt. However no one has ever had more than one vehicle complete the whole tour.
Soon we will have to have owners with teams of drivers. hahaha.... Sherman gave it the college try but his attemp was obviously under funded...hahahaha .
You know I take that back, Sherman did end up with both the e12 and his e28 in the parking lot in Fontana.

Well, it's official. I'm off work the 27th, 28th and 29th.
I don't think I can come up with something better to do, so I guess I'm driving south.
Somebody send me the route.
