Fingers crossed no problems with my aircraft today.
After I launch it I will be heading to Jays for breakfast ( thanks man ) ! Then onto Napa for the Wrenchfest !

Looking forward to meeting all the No Cal gang .

Pics will follow, I'm too tired for now. But a great WF, Dave is the king of them. A very good turnout even though most of the Sac contingent was MIA after Jbort had mechanical troubles that were unresolved as it eventually went off on the end of a truck. But a great WF, I'll miss a bunch, but Dave, Spark/Sheldon, Alec (Spark Jr), Logan, Sterling, Manny, Warren, Scott, Colin, Warren, Devinder, Johnnie23, Juni, Eric the road warrior and a number of others who's names escape me. Warm, but only low 90's, nothing like it was here in Cloverdale where it hit 108 and was still 104 when I got home at 7PM.

Yes, despite the best efforts of Tom Jones, Johnny e23, Jay3, Matt (yes, THAT Matt), Tim533, and Mrs.3, as well as several telephone contacts, the ailment remains a mystery.
Viv got me a flatbed with her AAA.

If I had to be towed, At least it was another "Jay"!!

Sorry I missed the party! I'll have a moonroof fest and A/C fest soon!

But another great WF, thanks to Dave for his hospitality and opening up his home. Excellent grilling by Jason, and I officially have gotten rid of the 3.46 LSD!

Yes it was one of, it the best WF I've had.

Thank you guys for all your generosity. I'm almost embarrassed to say the total to my Pay Pal was a whopping 4500. 1000 in parts. And the bucket for the WF 500. Some of this went my car, paying back bills and in my saving account( safe).

My camera died 2 days ago, and i didn't have time to get new one.

The fact that JBort didn't show up was sort of a blessing in disguise. My car is running, thanks to Matt, but it needs alignment, which will do this week. I still need my moon-roof and lock strip installed. A couple years back we did a moon roof install and drive.

Let me know a god date, several people showed interest. Again the route is very good..it will be epic.

Thanks once again to all my extended family for all your help, I truly appreciate it.

I arrived late for the party . Tom Jones led Tim and myself on an absolutely beautiful and fun ride the back way to Daves house from Dixon ca. Wow that was amazing so glad I got to take all that in.
Upon arrival at Daves it was great seeing old faces and meeting some new ones at the same time.Dave special thanks to you and your wife for the warm hospitality I wish I could have stayed longer .

Glad you got to take one of TJ's "spirited" drives; Jay3 and I took one a couple years back-he knows those roads!

Dave, I'm very happy but not surprised that the gang from mye28 rose to the occaision. I wish I could have been there.

Belated thanks to Dave for this wrenchfest. I'm sorry I was only able to attend one wrenchfest -- the one in Dixon was too far away. I had a lot of fun visiting with old friends and meeting new ones.

I'd like to apologize for the throttle malfunction on the way out. Logan, Sterling and CN are partially to blame. They did a great job installing a new throttle cable. I should have done it a long time ago. I have a new found interest in driving the car now.

I actually need to apologize to some of the people there. I got so busy, I'd be in the middle of a long conversation, then have to break it off when someone had a question about something completely unrelated, but actually physically at hand. Then I get distracted by something else and completely forget about the first conversation until 20 minutes later.

And there were some good discussions I was in the middle of!!!
