I have listed the Quality Inn & Suites as the destination address on the map (+/-$85), but there are many others here in Woodland. I've listed the three cities here because they're all about in the same area, so it's personal preference. I met up with Kohler here last year and Eric Q. stayed in Davis. Plan is to check in, find dinner, then crash early for the night. For those of you staying here in Woodland, there is a pretty decent Mexican restaurant just past the Old Town section: Vince's Mexican Restaurant (coincidental, really: http://www.yelp.com/biz/vinces-mexican- ... t-woodland). Even the Margarita's are pretty good.
Rise and shine early as we have to meet the Bay Area/NorCal crew in Williams at 8:30am. There is a Starbucks or two close by on the way out of town.

Vince I can't make the Fest but would love to meet up for dinner when you guys roll in. Keep me posted,Johnny

  • – Northwest BMW Club invites you to a 5erWest Prefunk meet-n-eat. Since some folks are busy on Saturday, we like to give everybody a chance to come hang out with fellow 5er enthusiasts and get an early start on the weekend.

  • – 5erWash. Meet up at 8:00am Saturday morning to knock some of that grime down before car show.

  Saturday – 11am – 5pm
  • – Our 3rd Annual 5erWest main event is our “show-n-shine” at our Meldrum Bar State Park location at the confluence of the Clackamas and Willamette rivers.
    
    – Parking will begin at 10:00 for those that wish to come early. We will be grouping cars by chassis again, so your patience during this process is appreciated.
    
    – Lunch we will be delicious BBQ’d burgers, sides and a water for $7.00 (vegetarian burgers will be provided) We are now excepting Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) Each card transaction will have an additional $0.50 charge added to cover service fees.
    
    – Prize raffle drawing will take place after lunch. Raffle tickets can be purchased for just $1ea and 5erWest attendees can choose to enter to win several of our prizes donated from our wonderful sponsors.
    
    – 5erWest Best of Chassis awards will be presented to the winners after our raffle drawing and after all vote submissions have been counted. One winner from each eligible chassis* will be presented with an official 5erWest 2012 plaque/picture frame. As a continuing tradition, previous 5erWest winning cars will not be eligible to promote fairness among this community.

  Sunday Morning
  • – The 5erDrive is an organized group drive featuring some of the many great scenic routes in the Pacific Northwest. We are currently working out the details of the route, meeting time/place and perhaps even a casual coffee/breakfast meet prior to the drive. We’ll more than likely stop for lunch somewhere along the way. The 5erDrive is an open event, so you’re welcome to attend even if you could not join us for the Saturday events.

Oh, I'll definitely be there. The 18th is a Wednesday and there's a very low chance of being selected for a jury. I still have time to postpone, though. I'm flying out on the 19th.

I am registered to go with my 533i but I'm actually going to try to get my euro done in time and take that. I'm excited

Great! I'll be in Oregon, the car will be in Oregon (and working, well)! This is a rare occasion but an e28 event at the same time too! It's too good to miss. I hope to be by for a bit, but I have other commitments that weekend as well Maybe Friday night or Sunday morning? I'll register when I get the chassis number.

The car is a 1984 528i (with some non-528i pieces in it too).

Sweet!! It will be great to see you again. You don't need your VIN to register. Your "chassis number" would be E28.
