Hey i have an 87' 535is and am rebuilding the engine with a schrick 284/280 cam, and was wondering if anyone knew where i can find stiffer valve springs?

Try Korman - they list them in their catalog. Do a google search if you don't know who they are.

go for the double valve springs available on the m30b35 motor.
