Hello All. Just joined this board as i'll soon be searching the market for a 524td to call my own. I've always liked the styling of the E28, and the current state of petroleum fuel has finally driven me to want a more efficient diesel car for commuting. As much as I hate to do so...will most likely be selling my '89 iX to make room for the "new" car when the time comes.

Welcome.  You've got better access to parts over there in Europe so life will be a bit easier for you. Half the time when I need something it has to be imported from Europe.

Welcome. Both my BMW’s are diesel. (F30 & E28). Share some photos when you finally land one of your own!!
