Rebuilt my 43 year old heater valve. Diaphragm was hard as bakelite and didn't want to come out. Also my 10 year old Wahler Thermostat was sticky and lazy and got replaced. I dumped it in hot water and remained shut for 10-20 seconds (i looked away and then found it fully open). The new one opened instantly.

installed some extra spring pads in the rear of my m5 a few weeks ago, to attempt to correct the reverse rake. can't wait to change out the Spax springs for something else.
it's currently my only daily drivable car while the e39 is off to the body shop. been a long time since i've regularly driven it so i'm glad to bond with it again.
