Agree "... Kirill Neiezhmako's time lapse video of the inferno is like something from a big budget Hollywood movie"; but "the audio" is more like from a bonfire

You know you're in Germany when you find Speculatus scented TP in the grocery stores at Christmas.

If you haven't seen the video of the lady's interview after her apartment building fire, you're missing out.

And you're really missing out if you haven't seen any of the autotune remixes that have popped up; all kinds of awesome! ;)

Why can't Adobe make programs that can use multiples cores at the same time?

Because it's hard to do, and people keep paying for them without that feature anyway.

What Abobe program can't at this point? Their GPU acceleration support is very weak, but their multi-core processing was decent I thought. Course, the last version of Photoshop that I dabbled with was (I think) CS4. I do remember that it really liked fast storage (SSD) and gobs of memory.

Oh yeah the guys on that channel are douchenozzles and all they do is cut springs and cherry bomb exhausts but this car gets to me. You've all had that feeling, I know you have. I couldn't care less about the people but the car...

Beer trading is a thing. Apparently a moderately big thing. As in, people with local highly desirable brews (mostly IPAs I'm noticing) will ship and trade for other highly desirable beers from other areas.

I happen to have some of those highly desirables in my possession at the moment, but I'm not shipping beer. That all seems a bit too much.

You know what I'm gonna do?
I'm gonna get myself a 1967 Cadillac El Dorado convertible, HOT PINK, with whale skin hubcaps and ALL leather cow interior, and big brown baby seal eyes for headlights, YEAH!
And I'm gonna drive around in that baby at 115mph, getting 1mpg, suckin down 1/4 pounder cheeseburgers from McDonald's in the old fashioned non biodegradable Styrofoam containers, and when I'm done suckin down those grease ball burgers, I'm gonna wipe my mouth on the American flag, and then I'm gonna toss the styrofoam containers RIGHT OUT the side, and their aint a goddam thing anybody can do about it.
You know why? Because WE got the bombs, that's why.
2 words, NUCLEAR FUCKIN WEAPONS, ok?
Russia, Germany, Romania, they can have all the democracy they want, they can have a big democracy cake walk right thru the middle of Tienanmen Square, and it won't make a lick of difference, because WE got the bombs, OK?!
John Wayne's not dead, hes frozen, and as soon as we find a cure for cancer we're gonna thawr out the Duke, he's gonna be pretty pissed off, you know why? Have you ever taken a cold shower? Well multiply that by 15 MILLION TIMES, that's how pissed off the Dukes gonna be.
I'm gonna get the Duke, and John Cassevetes, and Lee Marvin,
HEY!
and Sam Peckinpah,
HEY!
and a case of whiskey,
HEY!
and DRIVE down to Texas
HEY HEY!
.....
You know you really ARE an asshole?
Why don't you just shut up and sing the song pal?

I'M AN ASSHOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLE!

Stereo in the shower has died. This is our third one and I honestly can't get in without it. Forgive me Bowie for this attempt at remembering "Starman".

Why not get a small radio and put it in a plastic bag outside the shower?

I'll tell ya after I get my order confirmation. I'm afraid there will be a run on them and mine will get backordered.

I don't have a stereo in the shower but I LOVE my Bathe & Brew.

Bathe and brew, Howard Taft making beer? You should PM me where you got them. Don't worry, I don't have the money to buy socks so your order is safe.
